PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal contract between you ("End User") and Plugin Vault, governing the use of Plugin Vault applications ("Software") available through the Atlassian Marketplace.
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Software.
1.1 Plugin Vault grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement.
1.2 The Software is licensed, not sold, and remains the property of Plugin Vault.
1.3 Licenses are subscription-based and subject to payment of fees through the Atlassian Marketplace.

3.1 Plugin Vault provides email-based support during business hours. Support requests classified as "critical" by Atlassian will be responded to within 24 hours, and non-critical requests will be addressed within 5 business days.
3.2 Updates, including bug fixes and security patches, will be released as necessary based on severity.
3.3 Downtime notifications will be provided through Atlassian Forge's communication framework.
4.1 Data collected (e.g., email addresses and usage logs) complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations. Refer to Plugin Vault's Privacy Policy.
4.2 Data is stored using Atlassian Forge infrastructure, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and security standards.
4.3 Users may request access, deletion, or correction of their data by contacting privacy@pluginvault.dev.
5.1 Plugin Vault employs Atlassian Forge's security infrastructure, including encryption and least-privilege access controls, compliant with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
5.2 Security vulnerabilities can be reported via email at security@pluginvault.dev.
5.3 Plugin Vault will investigate reports promptly and issue patches for verified vulnerabilities as needed.
6.1 The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2 Plugin Vault shall not be liable for:

7.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated.
7.2 Plugin Vault may terminate the license if the End User breaches material terms of this Agreement.
7.3 Upon termination, the End User must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies.
Refunds are subject to Atlassian Marketplace policies. Users must request refunds directly through Atlassian.
9.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict of law principles.
9.2 Disputes will first be resolved through mediation, and if unresolved, will proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada in Ontario.
10.1 Plugin Vault may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be published with a "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of changes.
